Here at Outer Hebrides Soap we take extra care when hand crafting and packaging all of our orders to ensure our customers receive the highest quality goods. However, if for some reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. We do not cover postage costs for returned items at this time.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
